Pricing and Payment

All course prices are displayed on the respective course page in the currency indicated. The total price, including any applicable taxes, is shown clearly before you confirm your purchase.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • Your payment card or payment method is charged at the time of purchase. Course access is granted only after Stripe confirms successful payment.
  • We accept payment methods supported by Stripe, which may include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods as available at checkout.
  • No surcharges: We do not charge any additional fees or surcharges for using a particular payment method. The price displayed is the price you pay.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees imposed by your country of residence or payment provider.
  • If a payment fails or is subsequently reversed, we reserve the right to suspend access to the associated course until the payment issue is resolved.

Receipts

A complete receipt for your purchase will be provided via email following each successful transaction. Your receipt will include the course name, transaction amount, currency, date of purchase, and our contact information. You may also access your order history through your account.

Statement Descriptor

“DataWizard Online” or an abbreviated form will appear on your bank or card statement as the transaction descriptor for purchases made on our website.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all individual course purchases. Our full refund policy, including eligibility conditions and the refund process, is available on our Refund Policy page. We are committed to processing refund requests fairly and promptly.

You retain your right to dispute any transaction through your card issuer or payment provider in accordance with applicable law and card network rules. We do not require you to waive your dispute rights as a condition of purchase.

The DataWizard Online name, logo, and associated branding are our trademarks. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

User-generated content (such as forum posts, comments, or project submissions) remains your intellectual property. By posting user-generated content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the context of our Services.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
