Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At DataWizard Online, your satisfaction is important to us. We believe in the quality of our courses, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. This Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All individual course purchases on DataWizard Online are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

We do not require you to provide a specific reason for your refund request, though feedback is always appreciated and helps us improve.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our guarantee:

  • Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • Course progress: You must have completed less than 30% of the total course content (including video lessons, quizzes, and assignments). Progress is tracked automatically through your account.
  • One refund per course: The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a specific course. If you previously received a refund for the same course and repurchased it, a second refund is not available under this policy.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward:

  1. Email us at hello@datawizardonline.org with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, the course name, and your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
  3. Optionally, let us know why you are requesting a refund — this helps us improve, but is not required.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution. Some payment methods may take longer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  • Your access to the refunded course will be revoked once the refund is processed.

We do not issue cash refunds, store credit, or refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following are not eligible for a refund under this policy:

  • Courses with 30% or more completion: If you have completed 30% or more of a course’s content, the course is not eligible for a refund.
  • Requests after 14 days: Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
  • Course bundles (partial use): If you purchased a discounted course bundle and have completed 30% or more of any individual course in the bundle, the entire bundle is not eligible for a refund. If no course in the bundle exceeds 30% progress and the request is within 14 days, a full bundle refund is available.
  • Free courses or promotional items: Courses obtained at no cost are not eligible for a monetary refund.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We recognise that exceptional situations arise. In the following circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy terms at our discretion:

  • Technical issues: If a persistent technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing course content and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of course progress or the 14-day window.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same course, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge.
  • Significant content discrepancy: If the course content delivered is materially different from what was described on the course page at the time of purchase, we will review your case individually.

Exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Your Right to Dispute

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or affects your right to dispute a charge directly with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider in accordance with applicable law and card network rules. However, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@datawizardonline.org so we can resolve the issue directly and avoid unnecessary delays.

Please note that initiating a chargeback while a refund request is already being processed may result in delays for both processes.
